I am originally from Fairmont, WV and was raised in the small Marion County town of Rivesville. I attended Fairmont State University where I received my bachelor’s degree as well as West Virginia University where I received my MBA. Many of my friends that work for State Farm had been encouraging me to explore a possible career with State Farm for years and I am so glad I finally did! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to run my own agency, we serve our community by providing customers with the LIFE INSURANCE, auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renter’s insurance, and business insurance that fits their needs.

I met my wife, Courtney, while in college at FSU, where I started at QB for four years and Courtney was an All-American volleyball player, we are both members of the FSU Athletic Hall of Fame. We are the proud parents of Grace (12) and Jake (9). Courtney is currently an assistant principal at Shepherdstown Middle School, we both enjoy coaching our children in their various sports. Additionally, my support system includes my three siblings; Chad, Tyson & Kevi and my father, Bill, who played for legendary basketball coach, Joe Retton, at FSU, where he also met my mother, Linda, whom we miss daily.
